My favorite Chinese restaurant in North Carolina. The owner's very cool. Their walnut shrimp is delectable - just the right amount of crispness - with the perfect balance of sweet and flavor. I'm also a big fan of the General Tso's chicken. Its in a tangy sweet sauce that's covering juicy pieces of chicken nuggets. Love it.

An outstanding, but small, selection on the buffet. Never fails to please. Wonderful owner/manager and great attentive staff. By the the best in the area.

I am a regular at Hing Ta. The food is excellant, as is the service. Extremly cordial staff. I always enjoy eating there and getting take out.
